Eschbach fire fighting hoses are designed to meet the numerous requirements of fire brigades, disaster protection and marine applications. That’s why all our hoses are made by our well trained and experienced staff using high-quality materials as well as advanced production technologies.

It has to withstand high pressures, be abrasion resistant, perform in cold and hot climates and still be highly flexible and easy to handle. Furthermore all Eschbach hoses are salt water resistant and meet all the requirements of the marine market. Fluorescent versions for better visibility in the dark or in smoke filled areas are also available as well as rubberlined chemical and oil resistant versions.

Established in 1956 we know very well what layflat fire hoses have to be made of to exceed the high requirements of the DIN 14811, BS 6391, MED and many more standards.

Specification

    • Eschbach Polydur Rhino is rubber fire hoses.
    • Jacket: 100% synthetic yarn, high tenacity.
    • Inner and outer lining: Nitrile/PVC rubber compound directly extruded and vulcanized, red colour.
    • Marking on both ends “Eschbach Synthetic Polydur”.
    • Resistance to oil, chemicals, fuel, abrasion, High aging, ozone and weathering.
    • Minimum friction loss & High aging resistance.
    • Work pressure  17 bar (246 Psi)
    • Burst pressure 50 bar (725 Psi)
    • Cold-resistant up to -35°C and Heat-resistant up to +100°C.
    • Manufactured under ISO 9001 : 2008 Quality Management System.
    • Coupling connector with Storz, British Instantaneous BS336, Machino or on request.
